With social Media these days, there are tons of articles for you to get a good insight on who your prospective employer will be like. Firstly, you can find out who is who of the company using LinkedIn then you move to Blogs, Facebook and Twitter to further your research in finding out what they company and staff are doing or talking about so that you are kept abreast on the company activities. Finally, there is the employee blogs and social networking accounts where you can get great insights on who are the movers and shakers.
