like it or not, UMNO hasn't forgiven KuLi for his Semangat 46 betrayal.
i think that, above all else, determined his fate.
if someone else challenged for the president post, that someone would probably garner more nominations.
eg. Muhiddin Yassin
anyway, the entire system of nomination sucks.
why do it twice when you can immediately go to voting? probably more money to make? Malaysia boleh mah!
