Money, Money, Money (ABBA's song) for another by-election?

Started with a RM3 million aid to a Chinese school in Hulu Selangor, now the 'donations' from Najib has shot up to RM18 million in the Sibu by-election. Unlike Hulu Selangor, the spoils are shared among 67 schools in Sibu. It's better late than never, as the saying goes.

Extracted from FMT here "Najib later announced allocations totalling RM18 million for 67 schools in the Sibu parliamentary constituency. They included RM10 million for 60 national-type Chinese schools, RM5 million for five private Chinese secondary schools, RM2 million for Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Sacred Heart and RM1 million for Sekolah Kebangsaan St.Mary."

Why is it cash aid given to only the Chinese schools? What about the Tamil schools in the estates and the Malay schools in the rural areas. And what about the Orang Asli and the indigenous folks of Sabah and Sarawak? I guess we already have the answers a.k.a "buy-election". What is the Education Minister doing all this while?
One thing that is positive about having by election is that at least public money are now distributed to the schools and indirectly to the people. Come to think of it, I would love to see more MP's quitting their seats to have more by-elections so the people can benefit with all the cash. But hey, isn't this an act which goes against the election law of the country? errrr...if there is any.
